My business provides professional pluralistic counselling and psychotherapy services. I work with individuals to address a variety of mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns, including anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and personal growth. As a pluralistic counsellor, I tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs and preferences of each client, drawing on multiple theories and techniques to create a personalised and effective treatment plan. Confidential, safe and non-judgmental.

My background includes working as a listener in NHS, a volunteer counsellor at Women’s Aid and Family Learning as well as running private practice, also ready to start a Children and Young Persons Course.
